Hello, investment bankers in Canada:
I am very interested in becoming an I-Banker working on deals for CN, CA, and US clients, but have practically zero knowledge about the market, as well as its job prospect, in Canada. I do not have an MBA degree, but am currently working toward JD (law degree in the U.S.) with a keen interest in corporate law (particularly M&A stuff). What are my best chances of breaking into the market in Canada, esp. Toronto?
Any insight or share of personal experience would be appreciated.
Thanks.
