不是. 他是说要懂法语和/或者其他语言. 就是说EITHER懂英文和法语, EITHER懂英文跟其他一种相关语言. 不是一定要懂法语的.

I don't think so. it says that you must speak both languages plus either route language. So at least two for sure.
