[请求] How is the Havenlea Area?

Just leaned about the terrible "fact" about the Findlay Creek, so I put my focus on somewhere else. But I am new to Ottawa, can someone tell me how the Havenlea area is? How is the public trasportation there?

Landfill??? Here as well? First I learned that Findlay Creek area has a toxic dump, now here has a land fill?? I don't know which area I should land my new home...
