How cold is Ottawa?
<HTML>I really don't know Ottawa is much colder than Toronto. How much is the lowest temperature in winter? I've ever heared there are much snow, but not very cold. If I can't suffer it,maybe i should chang my mind. I feel Toronto is more convenient and beautiful, but expensive.
Too many organizations help new immigrants settle down. We need them at the beginning. How about Ottawa? </HTML>

<HTML>It's true Ottawa is lot more colder than Toronto. The lowest temperature I encountered before is about -50deg with wind chill.
If you don't have a car, life would be lot more tougher than you think.
