关于车祸私了的问题，谢谢！[问题]

我的同学出车祸了，人到没事，车撞坏了，而且他的车没有保险，如果他私了，和那个司机写协议，怎么写。如果他瞎编一个保险公司骗警察，警察会给那个保险公司打电话吗？但是警察可能同意他们私了了。 有经验的人，谢谢帮助。

Did your friend or the other guy call the police immedetaly after they had the accident? I bet not. It is too late to call the police. Usually you can resolve the problem without police and the insurance companies involved on one condition which is they both agree with whoes fault it was. Anyway it is illegal to drive a car without car insurance. Good luck to your friend.
