I have a big room ($360) avaliable from May but a small room ($260) avaliable from August. The two rooms are all in the basement of my new house (one-year old). Our basement is equipped excellently, very new, clean, bright, dry (with de-moisture machine). We provide free daily transportation to Carleton University and shopping at weekend, because I am working at Carleton University as a professor. The big room is about 15 square meter with a window and the small one is about 10 square meter without wondow. The prices are for everything. I don't know whether you want a long-term or short-term room. Also I don't know whether you are a male or female. There are rooms available in my new house, which is close to bus 176. But if you are a CU student, you don't have to take bus because we provide free daily transportation to CU. There are two rooms in the basement, one is big (available in May), $340-360, the other is small (available in August), $260. Our basement is equipped very well with all the facilities. If you wish to save money, you can move to the small one in August. If you are a female, you can take a room upstairs (from May to Sept.), but have to move to the basement after Sept.
