如果是买出细活的公司，如Findlay的TAMARACK，closing day将会是
明年1，2月份，这么冷的天搬家可不是一件轻松活。外墙在这么冷的
天砌上也不大好。为什么不再早一点？以往3月份会涨一次价。

I don't believe builders work during winter time, therefore to have a closing date in Jan or Feb is almost impossible.

Except you buy inventory home(we have neighbor moved last night), builders can do theirs work inside home, but can do nothing outside.
Or very special case, like Richcraft is building its model homes now, in order to show them home buyer in this spring.

Everyday, I see they are building the roofs, the walls and even piling the brick walls from my windows.

Those workers are great! They can do anything at any kind of weather.
