usb 1.1. Do we need usb 2.0? Why should we be played around by those manufactures for a higher price product?

If you never play bandwidth-hungry devices, such as webcams and high-capacity storage systems (Only those items will need all the speed), usb 1.1 is enough.

usb 1.1 is enough for our daily many products such as generic keyboards, mice, joysticks and audio speakers.
