Two rooms in 2-bedroom apartment for rent starting from May 1st, 2004. The location is 790 Springland Dr. near to Billings Bridge and Mooney's Bay beach. It takes 20 mins to walk to Carleton U., or 10 mins by bicyle to Carleton, 5 mins to Otrain stop, 25 mins to Ottawa U. by bus. 140, 87 bus route, grocery store, and bank are on the door. The larger room 18 squared meters, $315 per month, the small one is 15 squared meters, $305 per month. The price includes cool and hot water, heating. All are available on at the end of April or even earlier. Looking for roommates who are non-smoking, no pets, responsible and clean to share the apartment. We need to share the hydro (about $10 per month for one person). Phone and hi-speed, and cable are optional.
