What is your opinion about the lot which has utility box at the front of the lot

I like one model of Campanel's inventory home, UNFORTUNATELY, there are three utilities boxes ( phone, cable and electrcity) at the front of the lot( besides the drive way ), I have concerns about this and worry about this may causing the difficulty for the resale later.

How do you think about this? If it were you, do you buy it?
