在这里是不是不管看什么病都要先找家庭医生？怎么才能找到？

You can go to drop-in clinic as well if you don't have a family doctor. But this is only good for once a while, because they won't keep your file as family Dr. does. You can also go to hospital for emergency, but be ready for spending 5~6 hours there.

To find a family doctor, check yellow page. Be honest, it is not easy to get a family Dr. now since most of them won't accept new patient.
