这个投票比较有意义：选项简单，而且结论显而易见。或许对今后买房的同志们有些帮助。

不过俺不明白几个选项的意思，比如Link houses,
Plex( 估计是指triplex,duplex之类的吧？)

还有啊，比如俺家的是Freehood Bonglow Townhouse, 选哪项？

QUEBEC 很多,一般2-4units,统称Plexs (Duplex, Triplex, Quaplex...).每家有独立楼梯出入, 前面或后面.

丫丫, 我认为你的属于Townhouse,不管一层还是二,三层.

这个估计很少.通常车库在半地下,通道上会做成大平台.

暂时结论:
single detached houses占绝对优势, 说明这些朋友经济支付能力较强, 或者买时townhouse可选的类型较少?

townhouse赶上来了, 与single detached 为大家偏爱.只是奇怪为什么大家不选semi-detached,占足三个朝向又有个好邻居,比single便宜. 当然, townhouse end unit也不错.

其实，市场上semi-detached，尤其是新房很少。
想想看，开发商反正把两个房子中间隔4尺就能当single卖个大价钱，代价就是多面墙，怎么算都合适啊。:smoke:
