No problem. Uaually you will land in Vancouver and complet all the landing procedure in Vancouver Airport. After that, you can proceed to anywhere you want.

For one-bedroom appartment, it costs around $650-800 per month, depending the location and room condition. You may find many posts at " 房屋中心 " of this BBS, or you may check the newsgroup at http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&safe=off&group=ott.housing
