I am a first-timer so I would very much appreciate to listen to your comments on following:

Rideau Height Industrial Park, between Marivale and Prince of Wales, south to Fallowfield.

16 years single house in nice and quiet area, big backyard, 2 garages. 3 bedrooms, finished basement, asking for 190,000.

The price sounds attractive, however you shoudl consider renovation costs since it's a 16 years old home, e.g. re-roofing, window treatment, changing furnace to high-efficiency one, etc. I am not familiar with that area, so no comments there.
