为什么Central Park不好？

我知道前二天，有人贴了Ashcroft的官司。(A couple sue Ashcroft for mould in new house).

Somebody also told me that there is a subsidied apart. building in Central Park.

I took a look of the town house at Central Park and it looks pretty good. Of course, I don't know how to inspect a house.

The price is good (195K for 2-bedroom townhome).

Could you please tell me what you think? Thanks.

BTW, please advise me how to negotiate the price with the sales guy. He is pretty tough.

那个小区的北面有一个宽5米左右的小树林，里面有一条小道直通卡尔顿。在小树的那一边就是难民营。有一次在那个小路上跑步，突然发现了Black hawk down 里面的场景，那边一群闲人，有坐着的，有站着的，反正都闲在那里。着实吓人一跳。并且据说紧邻这个小区的南面，在原北电边上，位于baseline上的高中，是全渥村最差的高中。
