<HTML>I have a special software program about 170MB in Ottawa. How can a computer in China access the program (or install the software)? It is too large to email the program, and it is too complex to mail the program in CD.</HTML>

<HTML>why not use the internet ,use MSN or set ur computer as a ftp.Let the guys in China download it.</HTML>

<HTML>You can use pcAnywhere or Laplink software to transfer the program.

Even newest ICQ version has the mode for sharing the file with each other. You can grant the counterpart the right to access to the files in your "ICQ Shared Folder".

By the way, I am not a computer expert, but a web surfer.
