well, i really like your place, the thing was when i called you, you told me it will be available on April, but when I got there, you told me you can't rent it at that time. so, do you still need my decision? i have to move in April.
i don't know how you would deal with your roommate. if she can leave in April, then, i will take it for sure, otherwise, i really can't,sorry.
