请问关于 办小孩护照的手续[请求]

hi：

是不是要先填 Statement of Live Birth， 然后寄出。好像要等 3个月，
拿到 Notice of Birth Registration mail。
然后再去申请 birth certificate, 护照，和中国签证。

如果还没有拿到 Notice of Birth Registration mail， 可以去办理
birth certificate 吗？

I don't think so. However, you can send them a mail stating that you need the passport soon, that will put your application in the fast lane. I didn't done that myself though.

填好医院给的出生证明的表格，医生签字。
送City Hall( City service center好像也行)注册。
如果马上(半年内因为安省出生证明现在要等5个多月)有旅行计划，告诉City Hall 的人需要办护照近期旅行。很快就会得到出生证在办理的一份证明，可以拿去给孩子申请个临时护照，6-7个月有效的，等到正式出生证明到了，再去办正式护照。
护照需要一两周时间

另外，也可以办理加块安省出生证手续，需要出示旅行计划，等信息。能够提前多长时间办完就不知道了。
