谢谢渐渐，但花近240K买这个SIZE的SEMI是否有点贵， 当然我们住这个SIZE应该是够了？

不太了解SEMI的市场价。

想到屋前屋后象工地似的要1年甚至更长，有点后怕。

我不太了解市场的价格。看了看新房的标准配置，觉得还不错。那个结构我真的很喜欢，尤其是厨房和主卧室。
新房一般都有保险。问题就是售后服务，各家服务标准不等，反馈时间不齐，别的倒没有什么可以担心的。
但是新房的问题一般是区域不够好，社区学校/服务等不如老区，lot不够大，房子间隔很有限等，也不可能有现成的大树花园。

建议你多看看，别急着做决定。

I have also looked at this semi. However, when I visited the inventory home, I felt disappointed. Although I know there are lots of upgrads in the model home.

For the semi homes, I have the same question. Is it valuable to buy a semi for 240k - 250k?

How about this model?

The price includes: finished basement, three appliances and $3500 bonus for hardwood upgrade.

I like the white cedar( the bigger one), but worry that the price is too close to the single, and it maybe difficult for resale later.

觉着model home一定化了不老少在upgrade上。
