我是听一专业人士说的15公里以下包括15公里不会长保险，也不会扣点，我前几天就吃了这么一张，警察开始说我开88，后来给我写了65，那天特郁闷~

呵呵，你还是小心点好了，很多时候是你吃了第2张的时候才给你长保险的

This Monday, I was catched by cop with 85KM in 60KM area. The guy told me the fine should be $118 and I would lose 3 points. But he wrote my speed as 75 and the fine is 52.5 with no points losing. I asked if my INS company would know it. He said "No".
But anyway, it's a warning to me.
