Where to fix brake?

I have a 93 Toyota Camry. I can feel vibration when brake from high speed. Recently, I also feel that the car is pulled to one side when brake. Could you please tell me where I should go to get it fixed? Do you run a garage and do it yourself, HeGe? Thanks!
