POSTING FOR A FRIEND
This is NOT an actual opening, but a position within a RFP (Request For Proposal) for a 2 year contract at the CSC (Correctional Services Canada) to to redevelop the Offender Management System (OMS). There are or Oracle setup at this time so it will be the entire project
from setting up the hardware to recreating the database in Oracle and using web development, Java, and Oracle on the front end.
A few notes:
1. You score must be higher than the minimum to qualify, however 80% of the points and more will put you in a good winning position technically, your per diem rate should be reasonable as well.
2. Your resume should be able to back your score.
3. References will be needed later.
4. You will have first right of refusal for the opportunity if we win.
Please contact me immediately if you qualify for this position, I will forward the completed document along with your resume to my friend. Due to the time limitation on the RFP, I will need to have your reply back by the end of today.
