各位citizen为什么不去考公务员阿，听说是铁饭碗阿

of course, the test is the firt step u can apply for the positions. If you don't have the required score, no matter how strong background you are, u still not consider qualified. The test is freaking easy, but still have high test score aren't guranteed u will get a job.

As I know, when you apply for some jobs (not all of them)in govenment, you need to take some required tests. Then you are qualified to apply the job.
