在去montreal高速路上超速被抓

限速100km/h 被抓时150km/h~被罚330
警察是Quebec的~态度不好，不听我解释！
请问有经验的大大，这样的case上法庭能胜诉或减钱吗？:flaming:

I do not think he's gonna lose any points as long as he has a Ontario Driver's Lisence. Due to the different system, the Quebec Police can only charge him for fine, but they have no power to apply any points on his lisence.
