我最近在为我的新房寻找新主人,具体情况是,我与去年底签了一个购房合同,CLOSING DATE在8月,但临时有变故,使得我不得不放弃这个计划.但对于想买新房的朋友来讲,这确是一个好DEAL:我签的价格比现在sale office的价格低4000,而且还有当时我辛苦讲好的一些FREE UPFRADES.而且现在这个小区卖得挺火(26个LOT在9天内搞定).

这房子转手不是这么容易，不同于sublet apartment。。。

在closing之前出手，估计怎么也得让builder再敲上一笔。要有思想准备呀。
