What about this car? I think it's small but powerful(2.0L).
Maybe it's a good choice for buying used-car.

Neon?

I own a '95 Neon. It has been reliable but it does require some repair once
in a while.

My '95 Neon has a SOHC engine -- depends on which model you get. DOHC has more power but
also more expensive. Would love to have a DOHC engine in my car.

It is a cheap car with okay performance.
