how to buy something at ebay?

想在ebay上买个camcorder，不知道在加拿大是否还要缴税（买东西时已经需要交8.35％的税了）。

If the seller is in US, then don't buy it.
Not only need to pay Canadian TAX, but also you need to pay something kind of brokage fee to UPS(very high...)

You are not suppose to pay US local tax (8.35％) if you are in Canada. Sipping though USPS doesn't have brokerage fee. Both UPS and FedEx will charge brokerage fee on top of pst and gst payable to CBSA.

If i would like the seller to send the item by FedEX or UPS, how much i should pay for it? Is it dependent to item price or item weight? Thanks a lot
