Our client is seeking a consultant for a 2 month contract located in Toronto (Mississauga) with experience with "System WatchDog for Open VMS" (previously known as WatchIT and Polycenter for Open VMS.).
The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following areas:
* Experience with monitoring, systems metrics and events;
* Automated monitoring of network events;
* Customized error detection and notification;
* Centralized monitoring of health and availability of OpenVMS system;
* Automated error correction for unattended "lights out" operation.
Candidates wishing to place their candidacy for this role should provide a date of availability, rate (excluding expenses) along with their detailed resume.
