You guys should try Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga which is practised in a very hot classroom. I have tried couples of times. Good function. Sweating a lot. Normally, i am a kind of person who is hard to sweat out when doing sports. Well,some postures are really tough to do. Try the one at the corner of the bank street and Gladstone street.
