<HTML>22,000 employees are going to lose the jobs in North American, only 1500 from Canada. I just watched city pulse, 900 of 1500 will be qulified as retirement. It's not that bad. BTW, encouraging news in Ottawa. The unemployment rate is 6.8% now, lower than Novernmber and much lower than national rates. Hi-Tech seems to be bouncing back
