Translation or Notarization for high school transcript?

Hi there, hope someone here can help me with my quesitons.
I am applying a program at a college in Canada now and they are asking my high school transcript. I am just wondering what kind of format of transcript they want and if they want an English translation format OR a notarization for the transcript as well? and if I can get translation or notarization from Chinese Embassy in Ottawa? How do I contact with Chinese Embassy in Ottawa?

you have to make sure if the college accept the notarized transcript.
as far as I know, most colleges want transcripts(in English) in a school envelop, with the chop of the registar's office of the school on the envelop.
