I don't think it will blow. But winter tire has soft rubber, and therefore will be worn out more quickly on dry road in summer. Better change it. If you don't want to change back and forth, you can just put four-season tire and drive more careful in winter.

I have been using all-season tires, and only change the tires little bit earlier before they were worn out. I did not have problem in winter with careful drive. I saved a lot of money from switching tires.

Probably depends on the size. If it's narrower than 175 mm, all season tires are fine. And snow tires will be fine for summer too. Since they are not so soft. Just worn up a little bit faster. But if you are using a wide tire, like 200mm or above, the snow tire will be really soft. Then it will cost you lots of money, since they will be wron quickly. And there maybe safty issues as well, if you dirve in highway a lot.
