NO. 7650 can not be used in north america. It only works at 900M and 1800MHz. Here is 850MHz and 1900Mhz. It's only for Europe and Aisa.

It's dual band, 900 and 1800. We don't use that band here. It's a cool phone, and I wanted it too. But found out it's not for here. Kind of dissappointed.
