[问题] lease车的保险问题

如果lease期间我车让别人帮我买保险，而我的保险还没到一年，算是我毁约了
么
另外，如果我中途把车卖了，保险该怎么算呢？？

What I know:
(1). for leased car, you're not the full owner, so your insurance will have both of your name and the car-leasing company's name
(2). whenever you sell your car, the insurance is terminated. Give them a call, and stop paying the money, or ask them to pay back your money.

ownership的名字是谁的就只能那个人买保险,你的车是lease的ownership就是你个和车行的,别人不能帮你买什么保险.
你也不能卖掉你的车,因为ownership不是你自己的,你没有权利卖车.你只能找人take over你的lease,或者退给车行.
