Merci!! sage!! J'ai un autre question en le contrat avec ma banque. Je ne comprend pas bien le article ci-dessous. Pouvez vous le traduire pour moi? Ils n'ont pas un en Anglais.
--Perte ou dommage
Le client convient que, aussi bien apres qu'avant l'expiration ou la resiliation du contrat et justqu'a ce que le client ait libere le coffre, la responsabilite de la banque se limite a l'exercice d'une surveillance ordinaire en vue d'eviter l'ouverture du coffre par toute personne autre que le client ou le mandataire dument designe. La preuve d'une perte partielle ou totale du contenu ne peut laisser presumer une telle ouverture. Sans limiter la portee de ce qui precede, le client convient que la banque n'est pas tenue responsable de tout dommage ou perte cause par l'incendie, le vol ou toute autre cause (le contenu est assure au gre et aux frais du client)
