the one at rideau center is called "Joesph", it's not as good.
the other one located at the world exchange plaza is called "Rinaldos Salon/Spa ", they are pretty good also, however they don't use aveda products. they charge about $40-$45 without tip.

saab salon in my experience is way better, the layers they gave me was great!
