Where can I find the transaction history in a neighbourhood

Hi, I found a house I want to buy, but I would like to have a look at the transaction history of that neighbourhood, i.e, a list of all the houses sold in the neighbourhood in the past 4 - 5 years, their asking price and sold price etc. Anyone knows where I can find such a list, or database I can query on?

I suppose your agent could get that for you from MPAC. MPAC also sells various reports for a nominal charge.
