acturally, neither rogers nor bell (phone line) should charge. but the point is that they have no competitor. If u look at how the long distance rate decreases so quickly u will know what I'm talking about.</HTML>

<HTML>第一次装Cable TV时是需要在一楼配电房连接Cable的，但接好之后就应该不用了吧？比如，我装Digital Terminal时，就是直接从Rogers Video店pick up一个机顶盒自己安装的，但不收费。安装Cable Modem应该也是一样的呀。Bell Sympatica的High Speed Connection就是邮寄Modem自己安装，也是不收初装费的呀</HTML>
