frankly, I have no experience with it.
I have used two compact all in one tripod.
Two problems I met was
1.they are not solid enough for heavy equipment
2.they are not as tight as brand new after a period of time
If you are just using point & shoot camera or light digital handycam,
these kinda tripods are fine.
My suggestion is bring the equipment with you when shopping.
Try them with the tripod, make sure they are not too heavy for it
and make sure the size of the tripod fits your height.
