i am in a shared house now. i don't like use the shared phone. i need a cell phone. which company has the best plan now? how is the signal in kanata?

i saw some post that $20 per month. who knows how i can get it？or who is the reseller of cell phone plan now?

i got 2 good tri-band unlocked gsm phones, so i prefer gsm networks.
