I am now in Reston, Virginia. I rented a one-bedroom in Jan 2000 for 880 USD. The rental office has informed me that the rental will be increased to 1080 USD next year. Eh!

I have a friend who lives in Westmeath Cressant, Kanata. He bought his 3-bedroom house just for 180,000 CAD two years ago. He told me
the value of his house has increased by 20,000 CAD since he moved in.
