What kind of ticket ? Parking or speaking ? Is it against you or against your car plate ?
If a parking ticket, just forget about it.
If a moving ticket handing to you by a policeman, then
1) If it is from Michigan or New York, you have to pay because they have agreement with Ontario.
2) Other states:
* if you will never drive in that state again, you can forget about it too.
* Otherwise, you better deal with it.
