[问题] What type of fish is this?

Got a fish but didn't keep it bacause I'm not sure if this is a Bass. Professionals, please confirm!

U got that right, it is a small bass, but I can not tell which kind of bass it is, small mouth bass or big mouth bass. I got this kind of bass last year. A Canadian guy told me before, under this kind of situation, I mean, u can not tell which kind of fish u got, just let it go. Good luck, man. hope u can get more big fishes in the short future.

It's called Walleye. You did the right thing since you can't keep it until next Saturday (May.7).
