我在Gatineau 看中一殓Condo Townhouse (builder is Brigil), ?遑非常吸引人。Anybody knows how this builder's reputation is?

On the price list, 有一?是 "les frais de notaire & d'administration sont inclus", 我不是很明白。 呃是不是指我?在渥太攘所真的"closing fee" 啊? 在Gatineau 偕房要暂意些什?呢?

?有╋builder 提供的lawyer 可不可靠啊? 我需不需要自己再另找一? lawyer 呢?

通常呃? lawyer fee or notary fee 是多少呢?

? contract 要暂意什?呢?

我刚签了Brigil的房，也正在研究contrct呢。据brigil的网站介绍，它自称是hull地区最大的建筑商，看过它开发的不少小区，感觉小区环境和房子都还可以，我想口碑应该可以吧。关于律师问题，我也正纳闷，builder说房价中已包括律师费，到时由他们请一律师，既代表builder又代表买方，这样是不是正常的做法？我有没有必要自己再花钱请自己的律师以防万一。

别担心.GATINEAU这边全是BUILDER请律师.干吗自己花钱..

Realy? Which area? I just moved in Brigil's single house couple monthes ago in Rivermead, and I felt is ok.

Officially closed the deal today. I bought a townhome at Gatineau (Les Jardins De Morency) closing in the middle July. Anyone lives in that area?

Why bought townhome in Gatineau? should be single house? I do not think there are many chinese in Gatineau, because those are french.
Only Aylmer is English area, welcome to Rivermead - a single house community with Golf course around.

Why bought townhome in Gatineau? should be single house? I do not think there are many chinese in Gatineau, because those are french.
Only Aylmer is English area, welcome to Rivermead - a single house community with Golf course around.

I am not sure how long I will stay in Canada and don't know hom much more income tax I have to pay... with so many unknown factors, I don't want to run a risk to buy a bigger house...

Also I want to learn French since now almost all the jobs require bilingual. So I really don't mind living in a French speaking community. Otherwise, I prefer to stay in Ottawa.
