Help! Someone hit my car and run away.

Can someone help me here?

My car was parked at St. Larent Shopping Center, and we later found out that the front bumper was damaged by someone, but the person has run away. What should I do?

以前我就住在那附近，ST.LAURENT的PARKIGN里面好像只有停车楼有照相机，在PARKING GROUND上面没有的。看你的位置了。不过我还是建议不要去那个地方，周围阿三和那些劣等民族的人太多了。环境很不好。
