据说有人分析，能真正做到这一点的人连百分之一都不到。以前NT降到一美元以下
时，很多人事后说：我那时就想买，可就是不敢啊，怕它倒闭，结果失去了一次机
会。现在呢，NT降到4美元以下，人人都在说，现在不能买，怕有麻烦啊。想想现在
和以前一美元时的情况确实很像，我自己也不敢大批量买进。所以，我们大家大概
都不属于那百分之一都不到的人中的一员，我们就只能玩点保险的小钱了。

You didn't get my point:
I've said I do not want to go for it now and that is why you and me are here to play a safe money, and that is why we are among 99% and not those 1% of richers..., that is the differece between those and us.

But you can't say that those who dare to buy now is those 1% richer people. Maybe among those who dare to buy, 1% will be richer, but 99% will be poorer than those who dare not to buy. Statistic doesn't tell you the true story. People always talk about 1% who do something unusal than most and succeed, but no one remember (or don't want to talk about) those who also do unusal things and lose everything.

So, this is still saying those richer are among 1%, not among rest of 99%, am I right? Then you agree with me. If you are arguing not everyone within those 1% will be richer, of course, losers are everywhere among 99% of us. But if you want to be a richer, first you got be walking into that door of that 1%, then chances are there.
