Upgrade Kit for Bell ExpressVu

I have a dish for Bell ExpressVu. Since my parents have came here and need a Chinese chanel. The Bell staff told me to buy Upgrade Kit and install it on the dish so that the dish can get the Chinese chanel from another satellite. I bought the Kit yesterday.

Could someone who have the same experience recommend me someone to install the Kit? Of course, I will pay for installation.

I will appriciate any information and suggestion.
