Do we (as a Chinese female) need to prepare two DS-156 forms? What about DS-157? It's confusing and I need help! Thanks

DS-156 is for everybody... Must fill out through the internet...DS-157 for male only

DS-156, citizens of the PRC must provide two application forms and two photos for each applicant.

DS-157, all male non-immigrant visa applicants must submit this form. Males and females from Cuba, ...., must also complete this form. Didn't say PRC here.
