请问买魁省的车需要什么手续？

小弟在OTTAWA，看上一辆二手车，不过是魁省的车牌。请问买的时候需要什么手续？怎么过户？在哪里做车检？大概多少钱呢？谢谢了！

Bring it to Ottawa and at any garage that can do e-test and safety check. Get the cetificates and bring them with the other documents to the MTO.....rest procedures are the same as you buy an used car in Ontario.
