Speculation on oil

it is speculated that Bush can use oil
as weapon for the next vote. Although
oil price is so high, US are still trying
to buy more to fill their oil reserve.
Bush can all a sudden throw the oil
reserve in the market and press the
price down. This will pop up the stock
market. His father ever tried that. He
can do it too.

I do not believe it.
It costs lot of money to do that. Even though Bush is a big fool he is not willing to do that
